I) GENERAL PRINCIPLES FOR SECURITY IN APARTMENT BUILDINGS
To jointly take responsibility for maintaining security and order as well as protecting the assets of the building, Vietnam 24H Security Company requests all departments and contractors to adhere to the following principles:
- Security personnel are responsible for patrolling and monitoring security, asset safety, and fire prevention safety, closely controlling and supervising contractors and visitors entering and exiting the building, and preventing the removal of assets without the approval of the Building Management Head.
- Security personnel are responsible for assets that have been handed over by the representative of the Apartment Building Security and the Building Management, who have the authority to sign the handover through specific handover records (Assets must be visible and counted for actual quantity) or sealed handover.
- Contractor units must manage their assets when bringing them in for construction and must have a temporary asset registration document confirmed by Apartment Security when taking them out.
- Contractor units must register the list of workers working at the site with the approval of the Building Management when registering for repair and construction.
- Security personnel of commercial offices may only manage assets at their workplace. They are not allowed to enter unauthorized areas and are subject to checks at the Building Security checkpoint.
- The Building Management – Security – Technical Department and related units must coordinate and decisively handle and eliminate theft, property destruction, disturbances, and non-compliance with the building's regulations. In serious cases, the Building Security must immediately call the Rapid Response team for assistance and promptly notify the local police and ward police.
