I. Recruitment of security guards, bodyguards [Immediate employment – 0911.475.911] :Vietnam 24H regularly recruits and trains a large number of security guards and bodyguards (Candidates do not pay any fees upon employment)
A. REQUIREMENTS :
Male from 18 to 40 years old, height 1.65m or taller, weight 55 kg or more.
Female from 18 to 35 years old, height 1.58m or taller, weight 48 kg or more.
Good health, no infectious diseases, deformities, tattoos.
Clear background. No criminal record.
Preference for candidates who know foreign languages, martial arts, police, or have military experience.

Curriculum vitae – certified by local authorities.
01 Job application letter.
01 Health certificate (issued by a general hospital at the district level or higher, valid for no more than 03 months).
01 Notarized household registration book.

C. SALARY – ALLOWANCES – PROFESSIONAL SECURITY GUARD REGIME:
- Salary scale system:
- Overtime pay – Holiday pay: according to Labor Law regulations.
- Average income: 6,500,000 – 12,500,000 VND/month.
- Allowances – regime:
- The company provides accommodation and meals (depending on the type of target).
- Allowances: attendance, responsibility, seniority, foreign language, regional allowances, and other allowances as per company regulations.
- Full social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to state regulations.
- Security staff contribution: 10.5% of basic salary
+ Company contribution: 22% of basic salary
+ Participate in the union (birthdays, weddings, illnesses, funerals, and other activities)...
+ Free 24/7 accident insurance.
+ Salary increase based on seniority, according to the registered salary scale with the state.
+ Holiday bonuses, 13th month salary.

- Costs that security staff must pay upon employment include:
Uniform purchase cost of 600,000 VND (including: 02 sets of uniforms) [Staff with over 12 months of service will be provided uniforms free of charge] - Payment methods for uniforms:
– Uniform fees will be paid after completing the employment procedures.
– There are several payment options:
+ Pay the entire uniform cost at once.
+ Pay ½ of the uniform cost and hold personal documents for 1 week of work.
+ Deduct from monthly salary while holding personal documents for 1 week of work .
