
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SECURITY GUARD FOR PATROLLING:
– Security Guards are responsible for adhering to protocols and regulations related to security operations.
- – Familiarize themselves with the contact numbers of the Building Management Board and Technical Department for work-related communication.
- – Regularly patrol to ensure public order and security across the assigned area. Upon encountering strangers who are not residents, immediately verify their information: "Excuse me, what is your purpose of visit? Which apartment are you visiting?" After verifying all necessary details, guide the visitor to the correct apartment.
- Immediately notify the Building Management Board of any criminal acts caught in the act as per Vietnamese law, including theft, fraud, property damage, or disturbances affecting safety and order within the residential complex, for timely resolution.
- Daily inspection of fire prevention and firefighting equipment. Inspection includes checking the expiration date of fire extinguishers, spray locks, nozzles, placement according to regulations, usage instructions, and supplier inspection seals.
- Regularly patrol and remind all residents to strictly adhere to the building's rules and regulations. Ensure cleanliness and fire safety within apartments and the entire building.
- Maintain constant communication with other positions, coordinate and assist in handling incidents such as elevator malfunctions, fire alarms, etc.
- – Be ready to assist residents when needed. Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with everyone.
Note: Respond to emergency rescue situations, master firefighting procedures, and proficiently use firefighting equipment as well as evacuation steps to facilitate safe movement during a fire. Anyone witnessing a fire must comply with the following:
- Press the alarm bell at the nearest location within their area.
- Call for assistance from others and Perform the Following Actions If Safe:
- Extinguish the fire.
- Guide the firefighting team to the fire location.
- Direct traffic for evacuation.
- WHEN DETECTING AN INTRUDER:
- Identify the direction of the intruder's movement, remain silent, and observe how many individuals are involved.
- Send signals via walkie-talkie/emergency phone/SOS in the company application to teammates and the company's Security Department to report the information.
- Organize the apprehension of the individual(s) to clarify their actions.
- Act wisely within the scope of Legitimate Self-Defense.
- Complete procedures with a report documenting the apprehension of individuals caught committing criminal acts.
- Contact the local police station to hand over the individual(s), write a report for the client, and inform higher-level supervisors.
