- Working area: The entire area of the main gate entrance and exit, the entire area outside the office and production workshop.
- Functions:
- Ensure security and order in the area of the main gate.
- Ring the bell to signal work hours, shift change, and break times as per regulations.
- Control all people, assets, and vehicles entering and exiting according to the internal regulations of Tuan Thang Company.
- Responsibilities:
- Be polite, welcoming, and maintain standard communication etiquette, enthusiastically assisting customers and everyone.
- Maintain a serious, neat, and orderly uniform appearance.
- Be well-versed in the internal regulations and policies set by the management of Tuan Thang Company.
- Understand the work processes at the position.
- Ensure security, promptly prevent criminal acts, illegal intrusions, disturbances, vandalism, theft of property, or threats to the lives of employees and visitors to the company;
- Fire prevention and control, when detecting fire or explosion, implement according to Fire Prevention and Control Regulations, Fire Prevention and Control Orders. Participate in periodic fire drills of the Company. Regularly check the fire prevention and control systems equipped in the changing room and security room.
- Inspect and control people, vehicles, and assets brought in or taken out.
- Monitor and remind compliance with the Company's internal regulations and policies for employees and visitors to the company.
- Turn on/off the lighting system, and control the water pump for the fountain.
- Carefully maintain the security logs and hand them over to the Administration Department when changing logs.
- Clean and maintain hygiene in the working area.
