IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES IN SECURITY GUIDELINES AND IDENTIFYING THREATS IN FACTORY SECURITY.
PURPOSE OF GUIDELINES:
- To create a healthy working environment in the manufacturing plant, ensuring safety for factory employees and security personnel.
- To detect potential threats or latent accidents that can be swiftly and safely mitigated in accordance with the legal framework of Vietnam.
- To establish coordination and exchange necessary information to protect workers and protect the company.
GUIDELINES FOR SECURITY PERSONNEL AT VIETNAM 24H SECURITY COMPANY:
- To instruct security personnel to recognize and identify security hazards and potential risks at the targets where the Vietnam 24H Security Company operates.
- Each security personnel must know how to report security-related situations (who, what, and when).
- Security personnel must be aware of the emergency procedures available at the company: Evacuation, first aid, or response to emergency situations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SECURITY PERSONNEL
- The responsibility of the security manager is to mitigate potential hazards by swiftly isolating suspicious packages or identifying and documenting individuals of concern.
- Essential evacuation information.
- To act immediately upon receiving reports of suspicious activities.
- Ensure that after being instructed on safety, recognizing threats, and emergency action plans, personnel equipped with knowledge begin to act against security threats within the factory premises.
Security operations that the security manager needs to understand include:
- PHYSICAL SECURITY, ACCESS CONTROL
1.1. PHYSICAL SECURITY, (The area for loading and unloading goods should have doors or barriers isolating it from other areas. Locks and gates must be in good condition. The camera system should be installed and functioning properly. Adequate lighting is required. No boxes or containers should be left scattered. The loading and unloading area must be tidy and organized, not cluttered).
1.2. ACCESS CONTROL, ANTI-INTRUSION – Personnel must always wear name tags at all times and must report when the following situations occur:
+ Visitors to the company without name tags.
+ Carrying something along
– Unauthorized persons or strangers without accompaniment in the loading and unloading area.
– Delivery personnel must have name tags or company IDs.
– Strangers and unfamiliar vehicles in the company must be reported to the security department immediately.
