1. Purpose:

• Ensure absolute safety of the protected target, preventing any disturbances that threaten the security and order – safety of the construction site that needs protection.
• Create favorable conditions for all activities of the Construction Contractor / Investor to achieve high efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality of the construction organization, business production, and clients of the managing unit.
• Ensure security and order, safety of assets at the site of the Contractor / Investor during activities taking place within the protected target, decisively and effectively preventing illegal intrusions, disturbances, and theft of assets at the protected target. Ensure absolute safety of the protected target regarding security and order, fire prevention, and explosion control.
• Significance:

• Performing security tasks well is a crucial factor in implementing the business plans of the Investor effectively.
• Contribute to ensuring political security – social order and safety, preventing and combating crime to stabilize the security situation in the area.
• Create a conducive environment for business activities at the Target.

3. Top concerns of the Security work:

    

• Check the entry and exit of goods to/from the construction site (must have full signatures from the Construction Command Board (CCB) before allowing exit).
• Control vehicles entering and exiting the construction site (must have full signatures from the CCB before allowing exit).
• Control compliance with the regulations and rules of the Investor's construction site.
• Conduct night patrols and surveillance around the warehouse and construction site to prevent thieves from breaking in and stealing assets.
• Prevent acts that disrupt security and order and the assets of the Investor at the construction site.
• Regularly guard, patrol, check, and monitor to detect and promptly prevent individuals with negative behaviors that may affect security and order from both inside and outside the construction site.

CRITERIA FOR ACTION OF VIETNAM 24H SECURITY:

• The security force of the Vietnam 24H Security Company is a professional security force, selected according to the prescribed standards, trained in basic skills, equipped with professional knowledge including:
  • Vietnamese law
  • Professional demeanor
  • Security personnel work no more than 12 hours/day.
  • Guarding skills for protecting targets
  • Use of supportive tools and communication equipment
  • Use of on-site fire-fighting equipment
  • First aid for injured persons
  • Prepare incident reports and violation records according to company regulations
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports; (if requested).
  • Skills in checking, patrolling, detecting, and mitigating violations and crimes.
• Ensure security and order in all situations without affecting business operations or the reputation of the Client.
• Ensure that all assets, equipment, and facilities of the Client are not lost due to negative elements or thieves wishing to embezzle or sabotage.
• Strictly maintain compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Client to ensure absolute safety for the protected target in all situations.
• Detect and prevent any safety risks such as theft, violence, fire, and explosions, and security disturbances occurring within the management scope, while also providing suggestions to limit such incidents.
